The Hatch Report is brought to you by Professional Fishing Guide, John Ross, of Two Rivers Emporium in Pinedale.
Hatch Report Well summer is here and so is plenty of water. The Green and New Fork Rivers are both flowing almost out of their banks and are really off color.
The still-water fishing in the area has been great. Boulder Lake is fishing well. The rainbows are in the inlet area starting to spawn up Boulder Creek and fishing for them in sand bars is great. Fish a big Muddler Minnow for the best luck.
Meadow Lake is fishing well also. The grayling are spawning and the outlet of the lake is full of nice fish. Try a Zug Bug or Prince Nymph for best results.
Most of the other lakes in the area are fishing well; New Fork, Dollar and Willow have been very good, so get out and fish!
