At the upcoming Town of Pinedale Planning & Zoning Commission public hearing on Monday, October 1, two of the agenda items to be heard include these two significant projects.
HARBER SUBDIVISION ADJACENT TO PINEDALE - 231 acres The first project involves a reincarnation of a proposed large subdivision on the west end of Pinedale by John. B Harber north of Highway 191 and east of Ehman Lane, west of Trails End Subdivision. This project proposes development of nearly 231 acres contiguous to the Pinedale town limits. The project involves a school campus on 36 acres, commercial development of 46 acres, 44 acres for a mobile home park/manufactured homes, 40 acres for apartment dwellings and condominiums, 38 acres for single and multi-family dwellings, 6 acres for an RV Park, and 18 acres for open space. (At one point the proposed commercial development by the developer included a motel near the corner of Ehman Lane and US 191. It is unsure if this motel is still in the project plans, based on the agenda description.)
NEW 1ST BANK BUILDING Another request on the agenda to be heard is a request from 1st Bank requesting approval for a commercial building permit to construct a new 2,700 square foot bank on the Southwest corner of Wilson Street and Entertainment Lane (across the street from Wolf Dodge). The proposed bank building will be a single story with wood frame construction, with off-street parking. The building would connect to Town water and sewer. Chambers Design-Build, Inc, is the agent for this project.
