Town of Pinedale P&Z meeting on height variance for proposed Verizon cell tower Jan. 18

NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING: Notice is hereby given that the Town of Pinedale Planning and Zoning Commission, of Pinedale, Wyoming will hold a public meeting on Monday, January 18th at 6:00 pm at the Town of Pinedale Town Hall 210 W. Pine St Pinedale Wyoming 82941. Subject property is located at 700 E, Hennick St, Pinedale, WY 82941.
The Museum of the Mountain Man is located in R-2A zone and allows for a 35-foot height limit. Verizon is requesting a variance for a 20-foot increase in the height of the antenna facility to accommodate acceptable signal coverage in the target area, the town of Pinedale.
The purpose of this public meeting is to allow public input into the proposed action on the part of the local citizens and any other interested parties, governmental agencies or groups. All persons interested in the proposed action are invited to appear and express their views.
Maps, drawings, and other pertinent data will be available upon request for public inspection by contacting the Town of Pinedale, Town Hall at 307-367-4136. All persons interested in the subject action may inspect said maps, drawings, and other pertinent data may inspect the documents before the Public Hearing. Written statements may be submitted prior to or at the time of the hearing.
