Ricks is described as a white male, approximately 5’6" tall, and weighing 180lbs. He has brown/ balding hair and green eyes. He was last seen wearing a long-sleeved shirt and blue jeans, and may have been wearing a bright orange safety vest. The pick-up truck he was driving is a 2013 white Ford F-150, with a truck-bed mounted equipment rack, UTA markings and bearing Utah license plate #206886. Ricks, an employee with UTA, had gone missing from Salt Lake City at around the same time that Flint Wayne Harrison, 51, and his son, Dereck James Harrison, 22, were last known to be in the Salt Lake City area, after fleeing the scene of a kidnapping and assault in Centerville, Utah.
