Wyoming Peak hike

Dave Bell took advantage of the beautiful weekend weather to go on a hike to summit Wyoming Peak in the Wyoming Range. "It is about a 2,600' and 3.9 mile climb on the Greys River side, but the trail is in exquisite shape. The flower show is impressive. For the first time in my 6 ascents of this peak I ran into other hikers--three others. The trailhead is difficult to find and is poorly marked, and the roads are pretty beat from the spring runoff. But, a wonderful day to enjoy our state's namesake peak."
