Health & Wellness Fundraiser November 17, 2018. All proceeds go to benefit residents of Sublette County in need of financial medical assistance.

The Green River Valley Health Foundation Health & Wellness Fundraiser on Saturday, November 17th at 6:00PM at the Daniel School House. There will be food, music and fun. Hors d’oeuvres, cash bar, silent auction. Music by singer/songwriters Jason Tyler Burton, Michelle Humber, and Jared Rogerson. All proceeds go to benefit residents of Sublette County in need of financial medical assistance. Tickets are $20 at the door. Free for kids 10 and under.
