The Muddy Ridge Fire was reported Wednesday, July 13, 2022 on the Pinedale Ranger District around 4:00pm. The fire is 1/2 acre and located near Muddy Ridge Road southeast of Boulder, Wyoming. There is a fire module of 9 firefighters, 1 fire engine, and 1 Type 3 helicopter suppressing the fire. The cause is under investigation. There are no trail or road closures in effect for this fire. It is burning in timber and fire danger for the area remains at High.
