Friday, January 31, 2025, 8:00AM update: -6F degrees in Pinedale as of the time of this report. The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Watch from 11AM Friday, January 31 through 11PM Sunday, February 2nd for portions of central, northwest and west central Wyoming.

Heavy snow is possible with a total snow accumulation between 10 and 20 inches around Bondurant, 6 to 12 inches around Pinedale, and 24 to 48 inches for higher elevations and most of Yellowstone National Park. Winds could gust up to 40 mph.

Travel could be very difficult. Roads will quickly become slick and hazardous. Gusty winds will create blowing and drifting conditions.
